Overview
We offer an easy exchange for a product that is unused/ unwashed/ unaltered
and with original tags and invoice, within 24 hours from the date of delivery. You
may exchange with another size or style.
Please do check the product description on the website before placing your order.
The actual colour of product may vary compared to what you see on your electronic
screen due to respective screen colour/ resolution. Let’s not think of an irregular
print or weave as a defect! That’s the hallmark & beauty of a hand block product. All
our products undergo multi-level Quality Checks.
Timeline for processing Exchange/ Returns
(a) Once you have made the request (Click Here) please allow us 3 to 4 working days
to arrange the reverse pickup. Please return all invoices/ tags along with the product.
(b) After the product comes back to our warehouse (usually takes 4 to 7 working
days) undergoes Quality Checks.
(c) Your exchange order/ store credit will then be processed. The entire process
takes around 10-12 working days.
Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it’s a damaged/defective product, incorrect item
sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. We will
replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However,
when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of
quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if
there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you.
